Sian Low and Georgia Sargent set up RME Consultants in July 2019 to have a better work life balance and run a business how they wanted to, rather than having to work like a typical KPI driven, old school agency.

They wanted to create their own agency to introduce flexible working, modern benefits and a more relaxed approach. RME are an independent agency, based in Oxfordshire, partnering with companies nationwide covering a variety of sectors.
