RME Consultants are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a fast-growing, dynamic, and rewarding organisation in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

A telesales role whereby you will be cold calling an existing database.

Role: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £17,500 per annum

Working hours: Monday - Friday (Full time) 8.45am - 5.00pm

Contract: Permanent, Oxfordshire

Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire.

Main Duties for Customer Service Advisor ;

  • To perform database building/cleansing tasks
  • Appointment setting
  • Arranging WebEx demonstrations
  • Lead prospecting
  • Generating IT sales opportunities

Experience required for Customer Service Advisor ;

  • Previous experience of working an office
  • Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
  • Confident in the use of a PC
  • High level of self motivation and determination
  • Good literacy with an ability to compose a short report
  • Respectable telephone manner
  • Reliable and dependable
  • A willingness to try
